2 Pentire Rocks is the perfect retreat for adults and children alike. Children will head straight for the toy box whilst adults will put their feet up on the comfy sofas or out in the garden, listening to the waves rolling in onto Polzeath beach.
The house provides all the modern conveniences one would expect, whilst retaining a relaxed and homely feel.
Ground Floor:
- The front door opens on to a hallway with coat hooks and room to tidy away wellies and shoes etc:
- There is a very spacious ground floor toilet
- The hall way opens on to the open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen with patio doors leading out onto the terraced and decked garden.
First Floor:
- The wide staircase leads up to three bedrooms and a family bathroom.
- The master bedroom has its own ensuite shower room
- The second bedroom is light an airy, with just about enough room to squeeze in a travel cot for those who like to share a room with their little ones
- The third bedroom has a single bed with a pull out trundle, perfect for children
- The bathroom has a shower above the bath, and a box of bath toys to make bathtime more fun for toddlers. A non slip bathmat is provided.
Outside:
- To the front of the property is….. with a store in which you can keep your surf equipment and child’s buggy for the duration of your stay, and hooks for you to dry your wetsuit
- To the rear of the property is a terraced and decked garden with a garden bench and table and chairs
- There is an allocated parking space for 2 Pentire Rocks in the development’s car park, as well as shared visitor parking for up to three cars for the entire development of 11 properties.

- Linen and towels are included although please bring your own beach towels
- End of stay cleaning is included. We can arrange a mid week clean at extra cost.
